Paula was born in York and lives in a Yorkshire village called Huby with her husband and two children among a family of various pets.

She was always interested in art from being a very small child and after leaving school went to study at the York school of Art. This was followed by some early years working in printing and design outlets, and a period of time in a framing business where she worked in a studio accepting and painting many commmissions.

Paula's time is now focused on fulfilling portraits from far and wide.

www.granarypictureframing.co.uk was set up in July 2011. Paula comes from a framing, restoration and printing background, having framed for five years in York.
